Developing Community-Based Recovery Support Systems

Since 2006, the U.S. State Department, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) has engaged CHJ in international efforts to provide training and technical assistance on addiction recovery as part of their Demand Reduction Program. We have developed training for the South African national substance abuse agency (SANCA), and  have delivered training in Thailand, Brunei, South Africa, and India to help develop locally adaptable and portable recovery language and models built on federal Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) principles.
